Warrant Exceptions

Warrant ExceptionsWhat are the exemptions to child protective services to be studied with a mandate?

and they are protecting children. which means they were there on a piece of child neglect, giving them probable cause to come and search to ensure that the child in question is not damaged and is safe for residents ...... So yes, they are able to pick you up at home with a mandate to protect the child under the law!

Cps can search the house if they have reason (probably someone reported to them) that there is somthing going on.

They just cannot actually do anything until they have evidence and a warrant.

Once they are in your life, they never leave. They can come to your door, they can talk to you, but they can not find. If they come with a cop and a warrant, OK But, never, never leave search anyone without a warrant.

It is a common misconception that CPS can operate outside the boundaries of the law, they can not, but many people leave them because they do not know the law.

You do not have to leave the house without a warrant, unless you want and you do not talk to them. They have the same features as the police, but they will lead you to believe that you have so many things you do.

Tell them to take a hike and come back with a warrant if they have probable cause.

CPS will run over you like a freight train if you let them, I would like to speak with a hundred cops without a lawyer before I talk to a social worker without one SPC.
